Known as "UPC", the University Program Council is a volunteer board of students who work to bring world-class programs to the Ohio University Campus. Our programming efforts are targeted to all members of the university community. We are structured to provide cultural, social, recreational, educational, and entertainment programs. While Athens is not Hollywood or Broadway, we work to attract the best artists available to Ohio University. Students are encouraged to get involved in UPC as a means to meet new people, develop personal/professional skills, and to become an active member of the University community.

Executive Chairs
Fifteen in total, Executive Chairs are appointed through a lengthy selection process. Executives attend weekly board meeting s and oversee their Executive Vice Chair. Executive Chairs serve as the main contact in their area for the organization. Executive Selection is held during Winter Quarter.
Executive Vice Chairs
Twelve in total, Vice Chairs work under their executive chair. Vice Chair Selection is held during Spring Quarter. Vice Chair positions are designed to provide training for those may be interested in pursuing more responsibility in a future executive position. Vice Chairs serves as directors for General Body Member Committees.
General Body Members (GBM)
General Body Members are actively involved in helping to implement promotions, research, program ideas and general support for UPC. Each member will hold a position in a UPC Committee to develop skills in programming and publicity. General Body Meetings are held every Tuesday at 7:00pm in 242 Baker University Center.
