Ohio University - Omega Upsilon Chapter

Omega Upsilon Chapter was founded in 1988 at Ohio University. This year, Omega Upsilon celebrated their 20th Birthday.

Alpha Omicron Pi is an international women’s fraternity promoting friendship for a lifetime, inspiring academic excellence and lifelong learning, and developing leadership skills through service to the fraternity and community.

The object of this fraternity shall be to encourage a spirit of fraternity and love
among its members; to stand at all times for character, dignity, scholarship, and
college loyalty; to strive for and support the best interests of the colleges and
universities in which chapters are installed; and in no way to disregard, injure or
sacrifice those interests for the sake of the prestige or advancement of the
fraternity or any of its chapters.

Congratulations to the Women of Alpha Omicron Pi. This year at the annual Greek Awards hosted by Order of Omega, Omega Upsilon took home six awards, including:

The Risk Management and Reduction Award
Academic Achievement Award
Philanthropy Award
Outstanding Membership Recruitment/Intake Award
The Keller Award for Campus Involvement
The Bicentennial Chapter Award

Kaitlin O'Hara, AOII Senior was also awarded Outstanding Greek Leader of the Year.
