Wellness at your worksite!
Are you an Ohio University employee? Do you and your co-workers want to learn more about wellness? Let us bring the wellness to you!

Our staff will survey your employee group to determine what programs you want and need, and we'll deliver them during staff meetings, conferences, at "brown bag" lunchtime seminars, or before or after work.

The seminars are fun, interactive, and provide you with a variety of tools and techniques you can use to keep going once the program ends.

  • Sticking with a behavior change
  • How to design a walking program built for you
  • Fitting fitness in when you're pressed for time
  • Strength training at your desk

  • Quick relaxation techniques
  • How to: Basic massage techniques
  • Five minute chair massages at your worksite (There is a fee for this program)
  • A day of massage at your worksite (There is a fee for this program)
