New Beginner Yoga:
Participants new to yoga. Saturday class is only for 4 weeks.
Level I: No prior expirence necessary.
Level II: Completed at least 10 weeks of Level
I or other Yoga/Pilates experience. B Plus II
Pilates is a slower pace than regular Level II Pilates.
Level III: Greater depth and detail. Experienced
participants only.
Over 50 Yoga: Beginners welcome. Learn simple yoga poses to help
stretch, relax, and stay mentally and physically active.
Gentle Yoga: You will learn how yoga can help to improve your
health, muscle tone, flexibility and balance, as well as experience
a deepening sense of well-being and inner peace.
