What is Cardiac Rehab?
The cardiac rehab program at WellWorks is designed to help people with heart disease recover faster and return to full, productive lives. Research shows that cardiac patients who engage in a program such as this are able to slow, stop, or even reverse the effects of their disease. Cardiac rehab can not only help you live a longer, happier life, but it also can make you stronger and help to reduce stress.

Program Benefits Include:

  • Supervised, monitored, and individualized exercise program
  • Risk factor identification and lifestyle counseling
  • "The Cardiac Club" - a support group for cardiac rehabilitation patients
  • Stress management classes
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Flexibility and strength training
