Spinning is a non-impact workout that combines outdoor cycling techniques
with great music. During the class the instructor will cue changes
in resistance and pace to stimulate going up and down hills and
fast sprints followed by recovery times. Each student ultimately
determines the intensity of his/her own workout by varying resistance
and pace.
Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to adjust their
bikes, and to bring a water bottle to help stay hydrated and a towel
to wipe up excess perspiration.
Current WellWorks membership is required to register for spinning
classes. You must register in person at the front desk at WellWorks
with cash/check /Mastercard/Visa, or over the phone with Mastercard/Visa
