Spinning Schedule


Spinning is a non-impact workout that combines outdoor cycling techniques with great music. During the class the instructor will cue changes in resistance and pace to stimulate going up and down hills and fast sprints followed by recovery times. Each student ultimately determines the intensity of his/her own workout by varying resistance and pace.

Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to adjust their bikes, and to bring a water bottle to help stay hydrated and a towel to wipe up excess perspiration.

Current WellWorks membership is required to register for spinning classes. You must register in person at the front desk at WellWorks with cash/check /Mastercard/Visa, or over the phone with Mastercard/Visa at (740) 593-2093.

 

Fees
$25.00 for each 10-week session, payable when you register for a class.
 
A 10-class pass is available for $25.00.* This pass entitles you to attend any ten classes of your choice (See Spinning schedule). Arrive 5 minutes before class and IF a bike is available have the instructor punch your card for the class and join in.
 
Not ready to commit to 10 weeks of cycling? One time passes are available for $3.00 each.* Each pass is good for the class of you choice, providing a bike is available. Arrive 5 minutes before class and IF a bike is available, turn in your $3.00 pass to the instructor and join in.
 
*Passes are available at the WellWorks front desk--please no bills over $10 for the $3 passes. Passes have a one-year expiration date. $5 minimum with Visa/MC.
Refund Policy
No refunds issued beyond two working days after the first class meeting.
