General Course Requirements |
Students will be expected to complete and submit Microsoft Office exercises weekly. Additionally, each week, each student will post a blog via Blackboard explaining what was learned in the assignment along with a brief review of an internet site covering some feature of the assignment. The blog will also cover some aspect of the weekly topic on computer concepts (e.g., computer security) along with a brief review of a relevant internet site. These assignments give the student an opportunity to develop and demonstrate his/her skill in Microsoft Office or web development as well as allow everyone to share what they have learned. A final exam will be offered on the last week of the term. The exam must be proctored, so students must make appropriate arrangements. |
