How to Participate

Teachers, Local Science Fair Directors, or TAG Directors: If you have not participated in the Southeast District Science Day (DSD) in recent years, you may not be on our mailing list to receive the forms automatically. If you don't get the forms by September 30, please send your request preferably by email for entry forms, information, or assistance with your name and e-mail address, and the name, grades, address, phone number, and fax number, of your school to the Director at the address given below. Only one set of forms will be sent to each school. Please make photo-copies for all your students. Do not use previous years' entry forms and ISEF forms.

Students in Grades 5 through 12: Please request forms and rule book through your teacher. If you want to do scientific research, ask your teachers or local professionals to help you. In that case, do look at the 2008 Fair Information and follow the rules and suggestions of the DSD and the 2008 International Rules. If your school does not have a local science fair, you may still enter your project at our District Science Day if you follow our rules and have a well planned and carried out project. You can download forms and rule book on the links on the page on 2008 Fair Information. For other information, contact the Director at the address given below, by e-mail, letter, phone, or fax. Be sure to include the names of your school and your teacher, and your grade, as well as your own address, e-mail address, phone number, and fax number. Students who are home schooled are also eligle to participate.
