Scheduling Using Astra Schedule
Much of the class and classroom scheduling process is now done using Ad Astra scheduling software. The software provides an easy way for departments to update class information directly and make changes themselves. Using this software, you are able to add sections, delete sections, change meeting days, change meeting times, assign instructors, assign rooms, change maximum class size, change the start date and end dates of classes, edit class notes, cross-list sections, and more. Information and updates can be entered directly into Astra Schedule until the posted deadline. After that deadline, information must be updated by contacting the scheduling division of the Office of the University Registrar.
