Running Workshop-Taught by Greg Jones
Geared towards any fitness level, this workshop will increase endurance abilities with the goal of becoming a well-trained runner.  This workshop also includes tips for each run and optional cross training and strength opportunities throughout the week.

Times/Days:     Monday and Wednesday, 5pm
Date:               April 7-June 4
Location:          Ping Center Lobby
Minimum:         20 must be enrolled
Price:               $35 Students/Members; $70 Non-Members
