Harold
Molineu is Professor of Political Science, with a specialty
in US foreign policy and international relations. He received
his Ph.D. from American University, his MA from Ohio University
and his BA from Berea College. His primary research areas
are the US foreign policy process and US policy toward Latin
America.
He
is the author of US Policy Toward Latin America: from Regionalism
to Globalism, and he has published a number of articles
in journals such as Polity, the Journal of Inter-American
Studies, the Latin American Research Review and Policy Studies
Review. Prof. Molineu has worked with the US Department of
State at NATO headquarters in Brussels and has taught in several
European countries. He has been a visiting professor at Boston
University, the University of Wales, and Chubu University
in Japan.
Prof.
Molineu has served as the Associate Dean and Interim Dean
of the College of Arts and Sciences, and currently directs
the Department's internship
program with the National Assembly for Wales. His teaching
areas include US foreign policy, US-Latin American relations,
international relations and international peace. He has been
named an "Outstanding Tutor" by the Honors Tutorial College
and has received the "Dean's Outstanding Teaching Award."
