“A Case for Developing Graduate Writing Tests.” Presented information on the development of test materials, a scoring rubric, and norming procedures for a reading-based writing assessment for graduate students. "Preparing to be an International Teaching Assistant." Used video segments and large and small group discussions to introduce International Teaching Assistants to the American undergraduate classroom, including student characteristics and learning preferences, strategies to overcome language and cultural barriers, and student expectations of Teaching Assistants.
