ITD: Academic Orientation for US study

Academic Orientation Programs prepare participants to live in the United States and study at U.S. universities. There are two components to the program: academic and cultural orientation.

Academic Orientation includes English for academic study workshops, academic lectures, group projects, computer sessions, and research skills seminars. Cultural Orientation includes communicating in an American university classroom, finding housing, understanding medical and insurance rules, etc. Also, students take trips to learn about North American history and society.
