Welcome to the ICA Organizational Communication Division web site. If you are considering membership in our division, take a look at this ICA Newsletter column that appeared in April, 2001. This column talks about who we are as a division and what we value in our members' contributions to the field of communication.

Whether you are a new or continuing member of our division, we hope you find us to be a supportive network of professional colleagues and friends. We offer a number of unique benefits associated with our membership. These benefits include different awards, academic-industry connections, newcomers' breakfasts, and other networking opportunities, division receptions during conferences, and so on.

If you have any interest in serving on our committees, please let our division officers know and we can forward your request to the appropriate committee chair.
