Research Interests
   a) Sediments and associated features of modern reservoir lakes impacted by acid mine drainage in Ohio including limnological monitoring of lake characteristics.

   b) Limnogeologic investigations (study of fossil lakes) that include sedimentologic and petrographic analysis of nonmarine carbonate palustrine rocks and mudstone-rich lake sequences.

   c) Global impact of lake systems through time.
