Jill has been with Environmental Health and Safety since June 2006. She is the Emergency Programs Coordinator. The Emergency Programs Coordinator position is responsible for the planning and coordination of various types of emergency programs for Ohio University.

Prior to coming to Ohio University, Jill was the Director of Emergency Management for Athens County for four and a half years and was responsible for maintaining the four phases of emergency management for Athens County – preparedness, mitigation, response, recovery. Jill worked extensively with local government, first responders, volunteer organizations, and regional response systems.

Jill has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and has completed the Professional Development Series of Emergency Management through FEMA.
