The Department of Environmental Health and Safety has been publishing newsletters for both specific and general audiences since the spring of 1985. These newsletters include:

- Food Safety: Includes saftey tips and occasional recipes.
- Laboratory Safety: Tips and advice on working in laboratories.
- O.S.H.A: Tips on how to work safely in different work environments.
- Radiation Safety: Targted specifically at students, faculty, and staff who work with radioactive material.
