Homeland Security

Terrorist acts:

  • Call 911. Report such a disturbance to the OUPD.
  • Do not approach an area that is involved in a civil disturbance or act of terrorism.
  • The university will be in contact with local, state, and federal law enforcement concerning such activity.

High (Orange)
  • Be aware and observant of suspicious acts on campus.
  • Report potential terrorist activity to the OUPD.
 High risk of terrorist attack.
Elevated (Yellow)
  • Go about normal business.
 Significant risk of terrorist attack.
Guarded (Blue)
  • Go about normal business.
 General risk of terrorist attack.
Low (Green)
  • Go about normal business.
 Low risk of terrorist attack.
