Living Disaster Recovery Planning System

The University is implementing Living Disaster Recovery Planning System (L.D.R.P.S.) software by STROHL Systems to assist with the areas of business continuity and emergency planning. L.D.R.P.S. will allow Ohio University to unify the planning effort and to become better prepared for response and recovery to emergencies. Plans will be stored in one central location with access from any location.

Business Continuity Plans are “living” documents that change as your department changes. Plans can be modified as needed to immediately update plans. With L.D.R.P.S., plans can also be printed out in parts or entirety.

Because continuity plans contain sensitive information, security is a priority. Security is made as simple and flexible as possible and will be assigned per the department’s discretion.
