  • Keynote Address by Steven Stoltenberg, the State Department's foreign affairs analyst for Poland and the Baltic States

    Steven Stoltenberg received his doctoral degree in sociology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992. His most recent publication was the chapter “Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Determined Euroatlanticists” in The European Union and the Member States, edited by Eleanor Zeff and Ellen Pirro, 2006.
