Checklist for Application Process

1. Obtain External Student Program brochure by calling

1-800-444-2910 (toll-free in the United States),

1-740-593-2910 (toll call),

or by completing the request form.

2. Review materials in the brochure and on the webste.

3. Call and talk to an advisor (1-800-444-2910) regarding your degree goals. (Calling is preferred to email because it takes less time to discuss your options and how our program might fit your needs.)

4. Comp lete the application and submit it to our office with the appropriate application fee.

6. Arrange to have official college transcripts sent to our office:

7. Wait for your admissions packet.

8. Contact your advisor with any questions (by phone, mail, or email).
