Request One-On-One Tutorial Help

If you have more computer questions than Drop-In help can provide, you may also request a one-on-one tutorial session in the Academic Advancement Center Computer Learning Lab. These sessions can last up to 30 minutes.

You need to come to the session with specific questions to make the most of the time you have. These sessions are free to OU students and OU Faculty/Staff but have only a limited availability.

To request a session, using your Ohio University Oak e-mail account, send an e-mail to dlamini@ohio.edu (Reuben Dlamini, Computer Lab Manager) indicating the topic(s) you wish to obtain help with (please be as specific as possible) and list several possible times you could meet for tutoring in the lab. Reuben will reply to your e-mail request as quickly as possible.

Keep in mind that, although we know a great deal, we do not provide expertise in all areas. However, if we do not know an answer, we will try to refer you to resources that will.
